JESSICA ECKAUS – OFFICE MANAGER

Jessica is the Office Manager for Fischbach Land Company. As a business professional with over 20 years of experience in business administration, Jessica has supported business owners and CEOs to start, expand, reorganize, merge, or successfully exit business ventures in the Marine Shipping, Manufacturing, and Real Estate Investment industries. She is passionate about strategic business planning and continuous improvement processes that help achieve sustainable business operations and financial stability in a constantly changing environment. Jessica supports The Fischbach Team in all aspects of the Real Estate deals processes and business cycle from beginning to end; monitors the CRM – Customer Relationship Management system – and the company real estate internal controls.

She is biliterate in English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration – Specialization in Management from Saint Leo University. She is a CoachNet Global Certified Coach; and a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Agile Leadership – Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T).

Jessica resides in Brandon, FL, with her husband Rich and their son David.
