Reed Fischbach is the owner of Fischbach Land Company in Brandon, Florida and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Reed is a multi-generational native Floridian, who was born and raised in Brandon. He specializes in agricultural, commercial, and industrial land; as well as acreage homesites and transitional land.
He is a candidate ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Florida.
In private life and through his love for horses, Reed has always been close to the land and knows the Central Florida region intimately.
Over the years, he has seen the area grow into today’s eclectic mix of properties; such as agriculture, farms, horse and equestrian land, along with transitional and development that supports the on-going growth in the area.
Since 2004 when Reed entered the real estate industry, he developed a deep knowledge and respect for agricultural producers and the expanding need for growth in the area. He guides clients thoughtfully through their land decisions in the context of the current land market.
He started Fischbach Land Company in 2008 to cultivate his life-long mission of supporting property owners in their real estate decisions. Over the years, he has come to know the area’s landowners of farms, horse communities, agriculture, and commercial.
Reed earned a reputation of unparalleled integrity and work ethic, and focuses on solutions that cater to client’s specific needs.
Early on, Reed’s grandfather told him that after he completed his education, he needed to find some land for himself. At an early age, with this advice in mind, Reed developed a genuine respect and appreciation for land.
Reed was named “2022 Agriculturist of the Year” by the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Plant City.
Reed also serves on the Boards for Farm Credit of Central Florida, Brandon Regional Hospital and Hillsborough County Agricultural Economic Development Council.
