BLAISE LELAULU – LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER ASSOCIATE

Blaise is a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with Fischbach Land Company. He brings significant experience to working on a wide array of properties ranging from; acreage homesites, agricultural, recreational, residential and commercial development, and transitional land in Central Florida. Additionally, Blaise’s knowledge of county zonings, land development codes, and working closely with surveyors and engineers, enables him to find the highest and best use of the land.

Blaise attended the College of Charleston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. His passion for land developed when he worked on cattle ranches in Texas and New Mexico prior to joining Fischbach Land Company in 2016.

Blaise holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a candidate for the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR).
