Blaise is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with Fischbach Land Company, bringing extensive experience in land sales throughout Florida. His expertise spans a diverse range of property types, including acreage homesites, agricultural and recreational properties, residential development sites, commercial and industrial parcels, and transitional land.
Blaise combines experience navigating complex land transactions with a thorough understanding of agricultural operations, county zoning regulations, and land development codes. This knowledge allows him to evaluate each property’s unique characteristics, identify its highest and best use, and maximize its potential value.
Blaise earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston. His passion for land began while working on cattle ranches in Texas and New Mexico prior to joining Fischbach Land Company in 2016. He resides in eastern Manatee County with his wife Eryn, son Wade, and dog Brisket.
Blaise holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR).
