Blaise is a Licensed Real Estate Associate with Fischbach Land Company. He brings significant experience to working on a wide array of properties ranging from; acreage homesites, agricultural, recreational, residential and commercial development, and transitional land in West Central Florida. Additionally, Blaise’s knowledge of county zonings, land development codes, and his working closely with surveyors and engineers, enables him to find the highest and best use of the land.

Blaise attended the College of Charleston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. His passion for land developed when he worked on cattle ranches in Texas and New Mexico prior to joining Fischbach Land Company in 2016.

Blaise is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Blaise is a candidate for both the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.
